In his professional practice, he has developed his career in both the public and private sectors, currently serving as founding partner and executive director of the firm. Specialist in individual and corporate labor law, with experience in legal representation of various national companies, which he advises comprehensively on legal matters.

His work includes strategic accompaniment in corporate, labor and contractual law areas, handling all contracting processes within companies, including the preparation, review and negotiation of commercial contracts, corporate agreements and other legal instruments necessary for the correct operation and business development.

Among the companies and societies he advises alongside the firm, he serves as legal representative of the Technology Director of the National Federation of Mining Producers and Merchants of Colombia (FENACOM) and also serves as legal advisor to said entity, actively participating in the structuring and supervision of corporate, contractual and gremial and technological strengthening projects.
